As a contract Digital Copywriter at UMass Boston, I developed overarching copy and messaging guidelines for their general style guide. I reviewed a variety of assets to understand the words, phrases, and nuances that shaped their voice, explored their other web and social media guides, and then brought it all together to craft the overall guide.
